Liberian President Joseph Boakai has tested negative for drugs and illegal substances.Liberia’s leader on Wednesday underwent the drug test he promised in his January 29 speech to Congress, just a week after he was sworn into office.
The President, along with Vice President Jeremiah Kupang Kung and other officials, underwent testing under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. President Boakai said, “This is a fulfilment of my commitment to leave no stone unturned in combating the epidemic of drug and other substance abuse in Liberia.”
